Phoenix Safe eCommerce

Phoenix Safe, one of the oldest UK manufacturers of safes and security products, has grown to become Europe’s largest manufacturer of data safes. Having collaborated with Phoenix Safe over several years on various marketing activities, we were excited when they asked us to redesign and develop their eCommerce website. The project also included creating multi-language versions to serve their European markets more effectively.

For the platform, we chose WooCommerce – the world’s leading eCommerce solution – as it integrates seamlessly with WordPress, Phoenix Safe’s preferred CMS. The redesigned site featured a bespoke design tailored to their brand and included custom functionality to enhance the user experience. We also provided one-on-one support for managing data import and export, ensuring a smooth transition for the site’s operations.

In addition to the web development, our media team produced a series of product videos, giving customers an engaging way to visualise the Phoenix Safe product range and make more informed purchasing decisions. The new website not only expanded their global reach but provided a more streamlined, user-friendly experience for their customers across Europe.
