Recently, our video production team took on an exciting project that shook up their usual routine. Instead of burning the midnight oil, they hit the sack early, all in preparation for a pre-dawn adventure to Coventry. The mission? Filming the Sales & Marketing meetings at AGCO Corporation—a global powerhouse in agricultural equipment manufacturing, with everything from tractors to combine harvesters distributed by over 3,000 independent dealers across more than 140 countries.
This project was a big deal for AGCO’s internal training workshops and was also set to feature in various video compilations. With a packed agenda starting at 10 AM and running non-stop until 5 PM, we had our work cut out for us to capture every critical moment without missing a beat.
The day kicked off before the sun even thought about rising. Once we arrived at AGCO’s Coventry site, we got straight to business, scouting the location to figure out the best camera angles. This was key to making sure we captured both the essence of the event and all the little details that show how engaged everyone was.
We decided to go big with a three-camera setup. One static camera was perfectly positioned to give us a wide shot of the entire meeting space, setting the scene for the day’s activities. Another static camera zoomed in on close-ups of attendees, capturing their reactions, engagement, and interactions—essential elements for the training materials. Our third camera was handheld, giving us the freedom to move around and zoom in on key moments, whether it was a standout presentation or an impromptu discussion.
Audio was just as important. We used two Tascam field recorders, each paired with Lav microphones, to ensure the presenters and trainers sounded crystal clear. And, of course, we relied on the trusty clapperboard at the start of each segment to sync the audio with the video in post-production—a small but mighty step to keep everything high quality.
By the end of the day, we had a whopping 101GB of footage. Now, our editing wizards are hard at work turning that raw material into several sharp promotional videos, plus a comprehensive ‘highlights’ reel. These videos will do double duty: keeping AGCO’s internal teams informed and wowing viewers by showcasing the event’s key moments and the smooth flow of AGCO’s Sales & Marketing strategies. Our editing process is guided by our core principles—strategic insight, scientific precision, and creative excellence—making sure the final products aren’t just informative, but also engaging and perfectly aligned with AGCO’s brand values.
The AGCO project was a hit, with the final videos earning praise for their clarity, engagement, and professional polish. This project really shows off our commitment to delivering high-quality content that connects with its audience—whether that’s a room full of executives or a broader internal team. As we say “Wrap” on this project, we’re excited about the many more successful projects that lay ahead, bringing our clients’ big ideas to life. But for now, the team deserves a well-earned rest—until the next adventure beckons!
